Cancels Newsmax
Atlantic Broadband, a cable, internet and telecom provider, has recently dropped Newsmax to censor our news and your voice!
Atlantic Broadband, now called Breezeline, is available in these states:
- Miami and Florida
- South Carolina
- Pennsylvania
- Connecticut
- Maryland
- Delaware
- New Hampshire
- and Ohio
In the middle of negotiations and without notice, Atlantic Broadband / Breezeline dropped Newsmax!
They did this even though Newsmax is now the 4th highest rated cable news channel and a top 20 cable channel!
Atlantic Breezeline dropped Newsmax to keep over 80 channels that have less ratings and who they pay more money to.

FACT: Atlantic/Breezeline is keeping 11 liberal news channels but dropping Newsmax
Atlantic/Breezeline says Newsmax is too costly
FACT: Atlantic Broadband / Breezeline pays more than 80 other channels that have lower ratings than Newsmax more money
Newsmax was seeking about $1 per subscriber per year. Meanwhile, Atlantic Broadband / Breezeline pays CNN over $12 a year per subscriber – even though Newsmax’s ratings are almost equal!
Atlantic Broadband / Breezeline claims Newsmax negotiated in bad faith
FACT: Atlantic/Breezeline dropped Newsmax as negotiations with their agent, the NCTC, were on-going.
Newsmax negotiated in good faith and actually came to a fair agreement with the NCTC. But now Atlantic/Breezeline won’t sign it!
Atlantic Broadband / Breezeline claims Newsmax is “free” — why should they pay?
FACT: They knew it’s only temporarily free, and they will never be charged at any time the service is free.
Bottomline: It is clear to us Atlantic/Breezeline made a POLITICAL decision to drop Newsmax. They don’t want opposing views to their liberal perspective.
IMPORTANT: You should know that Atlantic/Breezeline's head of programming is a donor to Joe Biden. She is also a member and supporter of the far-left ACT BLUE.
It's clear Atlantic/Breezeline doesn't want Newsmax covering President Trump!
They are afraid of real news during the 2022 and 2024 elections!
